Il est aussi blanc que le lait, aussi d\u00e9licat que le jade et poss\u00e8de un parfum unique. Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme substitut du lait ordinaire. On pense g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement qu&rsquo;il ne contient ni cholest\u00e9rol ni lactose, ce qui est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p><p>D\u00e9roulement du processus: Amande \u2192 S\u00e9lection \u2192 Trempage \u2192 Peeling \u2192 D\u00e9toxification \u2192 S\u00e9lectiong et pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement \u2192 Rin\u00e7age \u2192 Raffinage \u2192 M\u00e9lange \u2192 Homog\u00e8ne \u2192 Chauffage \u2192 Remplissage et capsulage \u2192 St\u00e9rilisation \u2192 Refroidissement \u2192 Inspection \u2192 Produits finis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5fe8bc8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5fe8bc8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>PROCESSUS DE PRODUCTION<br \/><\/b>S\u00e9lection: S\u00e9lectionnez des amandes \u00e0 grains entiers et de succulents blancs laiteux pour \u00e9liminer les amandes moisies et moisies et les impuret\u00e9s.<br \/>Trempage: Le rapport amandes \/ eau est de 1: 3 \uff5e 4, laisser tremper pendant 8 \u00e0 10 heures \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante et changer l&rsquo;eau une fois.<br \/>Peeling avec machine \u00e0 \u00e9plucher les amandes: pr\u00e9parer une solution d&rsquo;hydroxyde de sodium \u00e0 1% (soude caustique), chauffer \u00e0 95 \uff5e 100 \u2103, mettre les amandes tremp\u00e9es, plonger les amandes dans la surface liquide, blanchir pendant 2 minutes, \u00e9liminer rapidement les amandes, laver les amandes \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau Les restes \u00e9pidermiques, pel\u00e9s manuellement ou m\u00e9caniquement, enl\u00e8vent les v\u00eatements propres.<br \/>D\u00e9toxification: ajoutez 0,1% d&rsquo;acide citrique dans l&rsquo;eau 5 fois plus que les amandes am\u00e8res, faites tremper les amandes pendant 24 heures \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature constante de 40 \u00b0 C, changez le liquide de d\u00e9sintoxication toutes les 4 heures, retirez les amandes, rincez \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 plusieurs reprises \u00c9liminer l&rsquo;acide r\u00e9siduel .<br \/>Broyage et s\u00e9paration: La quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau ajout\u00e9e est 20 fois la masse d&rsquo;amandes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. Apr\u00e8s un broyage grossier avec un broyeur collo\u00efdal (\u00e9galement connu sous le nom de machine \u00e0 beurre d&rsquo;arachide), puis un broyage deux fois avec un broyage collo\u00efdal, le r\u00e9sidu de p\u00e2te est s\u00e9par\u00e9.<br \/>M\u00e9lange: Pesez le sucre blanc, le bicarbonate de sodium (bicarbonate de soude), le sucre blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf et le stabilisant BE selon les proportions suivantes, dissolvez-les s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, mettez-les dans la suspension dans l&rsquo;ordre et remuez pour m\u00e9langer uniform\u00e9ment.<br \/>Homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation: La suspension pr\u00e9par\u00e9e passe \u00e0 travers un homog\u00e9n\u00e9isateur et est homog\u00e9n\u00e9is\u00e9e deux fois, avec une pression d&rsquo;homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation de 30 \u00e0 40 MPa.<br \/>Chauffage et mise en bouteille: Apr\u00e8s avoir chauff\u00e9 la suspension homog\u00e9n\u00e9is\u00e9e \u00e0 80 \u2103, mettez-la dans une bouteille en verre st\u00e9rilis\u00e9e et serrez le bouchon. Notez que la temp\u00e9rature de la bouteille doit \u00eatre proche de la temp\u00e9rature du mat\u00e9riau avant le remplissage pour \u00e9viter la diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature entre le mat\u00e9riau et la bouteille. Une grosse bouteille a \u00e9clat\u00e9.<br \/>St\u00e9rilisation: st\u00e9riliser le lait d&rsquo;amande en bouteille avec un st\u00e9rilisateur \u00e0 vapeur<br \/>INSPECTION DE LA QUALIT\u00c9 DES BOISSONS AUX AMANDES<br \/>Indicateurs sensoriels: blanc laiteux et uniforme. Le go\u00fbt et l&rsquo;odeur sont l\u00e9gers et rafra\u00eechissants. Il a un parfum d&rsquo;amande et aucune odeur particuli\u00e8re. L&rsquo;\u00e9tat du tissu est homog\u00e8ne et laiteux, sans stratification, et une petite quantit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cipitation est autoris\u00e9e pour un stockage \u00e0 long terme.<br \/>Indicateurs physiques et chimiques: prot\u00e9ines (%) \u22650,68, sucre total (calcul\u00e9 en saccharose) 4% -10%, plomb, cuivre, arsenic, cyanure, additifs alimentaires sont tous conformes aux
